PATIENT QUESTIONS
FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
What happens during the free consultation?
Your free consultation includes a movement and pain assessment, a review of your health history, and a conversation about your goals. By the end, your therapist will recommend a personalised treatment plan with clear milestones and expected outcomes.
How long is the free consultation?
Approximately 30–45 minutes. We allow enough time to do a thorough assessment without rushing — your time is not wasted on unnecessary paperwork.
Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?
Wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being assessed. If you have any imaging (X-rays, MRIs) or reports from previous practitioners, bring those along as well.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can contact us by phone or email — details are on our Contact page.
Is the consultation really free? What's the catch?
Genuinely free — no credit card required, no obligation to continue. We offer it because we believe in earning your trust before asking for your commitment. If FST isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so and point you in the right direction.
